Package includes the hotel accommodation with breakfast for 2 adults & 2 children below the age of 5 years without extra bed on twin sharing basis in 12 months.

  • Domestic Holiday :- can be availed 4times(Elite Package) each time for 2 nights and 3Days.
  • International Holiday:-can be availed Twice in a Year each time for 3 nights and 4Days..
Travel package is valid for maximum of 12 months from the date of Purchase.
The journey must be completed before completion of 12 months from the date of Purchase.
You can book your package before 21 days from checkin date.
No, You can't done 2 booking in continuity in 1 package.
There should be a minimum gap of 30 days between the utilization of 2 booking in 1 package.
If you want to book 2 booking in continuity then you need to purchase another package for that.
Also you cannot send request for more than 1 package at same checkin date for same person.
All person have individual package, so they can book for same destination on same date.
But all hotel may be different.
In case you have 2 or more packages on same name you can avail the benefits of 1 package at 1 date.

Step 3: Book your destination on Brainway Holidays online but minimum 21 days prior from the travel checkin date.
Step 4: Receive your confirmation of Booking.

You will get your hotel booking voucher before 10days from checkin date.
You will get upto 3 star hotel categorey in brainway holidays. You will Get AC room in hotel.
General check in time at the hotel is 12.00 pm and check out time is 11.00 am. It is according to hotel rule, they can decide to provide you early check in or late check out if required. Brainway will not be responsible for the same.
Yes, You can do booking in continue for your 2 or more package. But maximum 3package you can club together.
Yes, there is an exclusion period for each destination.
You can check availability period on Brainway Holidays for each destination.

Also booking will restricted for 2 days before & 2 days afterwards of National Holidays and festivals. For eg.- Diwali, Dussehra, Holi, 2nd October, 15th August, 26th January etc.
No, after booking you can't cancel it.
